What is Ketamine-Asissted Psychotherapy?

KAP is offered to adults, through either individual sessions or small groups. KAP combines traditional talk therapy with the use of ketamine, a medication that can help open the mind and enhance emotional processing. This approach is used to address mental health challenges, such as depression, PTSD, and anxiety. It offers opportunity for clients to explore and heal from difficult emotions and experiences in a unique way, in which defenses are often softened and insight development and integration of change is often quicker than traditional therapy.
